What is the best Ergonomic executive office chair?

I work from home and am a web designer.
I am in my office chair about 10+ hours/day
What is the best Ergonomic executive office chair?
So far I’ve considered the Aeron chair and the Freedom Chair by HumanScale.
Anyone have some other suggestions?
I want the best of the best!
